Andrew worked intensively with the CFO, FD and FC to develop a suite of Excel models that integrate data, assumptions and logical relationships in a robust, flexible tool and allow tactical and strategic changes to be explored before they are implemented, so that financial constraints are met and targets are achieved.

We have worked intensively with this client whose product sells internationally and who has grown exponentially over the last three years. We provide on-site management accounting support, tax and growth consulting services. We look forward to seeing the continued rapid growth and development of our client's business.

Andrew supported a fast-growing PE firm with the Excel models to compile entity budgets for separate legal entities in their domestic currencies, and then to consolidate these in GBP at the group level. This work linked in with a systems initiative to compile a live data room based on a single chart of accounts and Andrew was able to to win follow-on work with the finance team members in a future project.

Annette and Andrew have both worked closely with the founding director of an established business in West London that counts some illustrious artists amongst its clients. Client migration onto a Cloud-based platform has enabled a smooth process for delivering up to date business-critical financial information.

Andrew has worked intensively with this client to develop an operational model which extended the financial close model of his design. The support extended through successful audit completion. He has further supported additional projects which included a bid for an additional energy project.

Annette continues to support a number of PE investors with tax compliance and tax planning for existing portfolio companies and for potential acquisitions. Annette has built strong relationships with the clients and is always in demand.
